Our Approach
Every provider has a job. None gets a blank check.
Celibrium uses carefully selected third-party service providers only for specific operational functions. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform those functions.
1. Purpose
Celibrium relies on carefully selected third-party service providers ("Authorized Service Providers") to help operate the Services.
These providers perform limited functions on Celibrium's behalf and receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform those functions.
This Policy explains who our current providers are, the services they perform, and the principles we use when selecting and managing them.
This Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Provider Selection Principles
Celibrium selects Authorized Service Providers based on factors including:
- security and privacy protections;
- reliability and operational stability;
- contractual commitments regarding data protection;
- compliance with applicable laws;
- ability to support the principles established in the Celibrium Canon.
Authorized Service Providers receive only the minimum information reasonably necessary to perform their assigned functions.
3. Current Authorized Service Providers
Vercel
Supabase
Anthropic Claude API
ElevenLabs
Microsoft Azure Speech Services
Resend
Stripe
4. Biometric Information
Voice Recordings and Voice Models may constitute biometric information under applicable law.
Celibrium processes Voice Recordings for Voice Model creation only after the User provides separate Voice Cloning & Biometric Consent.
Voice transcription and voice synthesis are separate processing activities and may be performed by different Authorized Service Providers depending upon the features a User chooses to enable.
5. Provider Changes
Technology evolves over time.
Accordingly, Celibrium may add, replace, or discontinue Authorized Service Providers as the Services evolve.
Replacement providers will be selected only where Celibrium reasonably believes they provide security, privacy protections, and contractual commitments consistent with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and the principles established in the Celibrium Canon.
Material changes affecting the processing of Personal Information will be reflected in this Policy.
6. What Authorized Service Providers May Not Do
Authorized Service Providers are not authorized to:
- sell User information;
- create Digital Twins for other Users;
- use User information for advertising;
- access information beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform their assigned function;
- use User information except as authorized by Celibrium and applicable agreements.
7. Limited Processing
Listing a provider in this Policy does not mean every User's information is processed by that provider.
Authorized Service Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the specific Services a User chooses to use.
For example, if a User never enables Voice Cloning, their information is not processed by Celibrium's authorized voice synthesis provider.

Final Statement
Celibrium carefully selects every Authorized Service Provider because protecting a Legacy requires more than technology. It requires trusted partners.
Each provider is engaged only to perform specific functions that support the Services and remains subject to Celibrium's privacy, security, and governance standards.
