1. Purpose

This Cookie & Device Storage Policy explains how Celibrium uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services.

Unlike many websites, Celibrium does not use behavioral profiling, and inside a signed-in Account it uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Optional analytics and advertising measurement on public pages are described in Section 5.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that allow websites to remember information between visits.

Celibrium may also use other device storage technologies, including IndexedDB for web applications and SQLite for mobile applications, for certain product features.

Twin Conversation Storage

Digital Twin conversation history that you choose to keep is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB for web applications or SQLite for mobile applications. This allows you to revisit previous conversations across app sessions.

To generate each new Digital Twin response, your message and recent conversation context are securely transmitted to Celibrium's servers and our authorized AI service provider for processing. Where applicable, non-English conversations may also be processed by an authorized translation service to generate the requested response.

Celibrium does not retain the text of your Digital Twin conversations on its servers after the response is generated, except as necessary to process your request. Celibrium may retain limited operational information, such as anonymous usage counts and service metrics, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Locally stored conversation history remains on the device unless you remove it through Celibrium settings, clear browser or application data, uninstall the application, or otherwise remove the local storage.

5. Third-Party Services

Scope

This Policy applies to the Celibrium application and Services.

If Celibrium operates additional websites or services that use different technologies, those websites may publish separate cookie or privacy disclosures where appropriate.

Stripe Hosted Checkout

Celibrium currently uses Stripe Hosted Checkout for payment processing.

When you choose to make a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe's secure website to complete your payment.

Any cookies placed during the payment process are set by Stripe on Stripe's own domain and are governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies.

Google Analytics 4 (Marketing Site Only)

Celibrium uses Google Analytics 4 on the marketing site (celibrium.com) to track campaign performance, user sources, and aggregate site usage metrics.

Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that persist for up to 2 years. These cookies are used solely to measure how users arrive at our marketing site and which marketing campaigns drive traffic.

We ask everyone, not only where the law requires it. Analytics cookies require your consent before they load. A cookie banner on celibrium.com requests this consent on your first visit, wherever you are. Until you accept, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, Google Analytics is not activated for your visit.

Your choice is remembered on your own device and is not linked to your Account. You may change it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of celibrium.com. Declining after a previous acceptance also removes the analytics cookies already stored on your device.

Google Analytics is governed by Google's privacy and cookie policies, not this Policy.

The same consent-first rule applies on lastgift.app: its public marketing pages (the landing, signup, login, and gift pages) may use Google Analytics, and only after you accept an analytics banner shown there — until you accept, nothing from Google loads. Google Analytics never runs inside a signed-in Celibrium Account: not in interviews, answers, Info Hub, or any other private area, and it is technically disabled on those pages even if you accepted analytics on the public ones. Your choice on lastgift.app is stored in that browser and can be changed by clearing site data.

The Celibrium Guide, the AI assistant on our public websites, sets no cookies of its own, and nothing you type into it is sent to any analytics service.

OpenAI Advertising Conversion Measurement (lastgift.app only)

On lastgift.app, Celibrium uses OpenAI's advertising conversion measurement to learn whether an ad we ran in ChatGPT led to a registration or a purchase. It is covered by the same analytics banner as Google Analytics: one answer applies to both.

Only after consent. Until you accept, no measurement event is sent and none of the cookies below is set. If you decline, the measurement stays inactive.

On the designated public pages listed below, OpenAI's measurement script is downloaded when the page opens, so that it can hold your choice. Until you accept, it stays in a refusing state: it sends no measurement events and sets no cookies. Downloading it, like any web request, shows OpenAI your IP address and basic browser information.

Events. Only four events are measured:

• Page view — a designated public page of lastgift.app was opened;
• Completed registration — an account was created;
• Checkout started — you were sent to Stripe to pay;
• Completed purchase — Stripe confirmed the payment.

For a started checkout and a completed purchase, the amount and currency are sent. Each event also carries a page address, the time, a technical event identifier, and the two references described below. For a started checkout, the page address is always the fixed address https://lastgift.app/buy, never an address that identifies your Account.

What is never sent: your name, email address, phone number, card or other payment details, interview answers, uploaded photos, audio or video, Info Hub contents, or any other private content from your Account. Card details stay with Stripe.

Where it runs. The browser tools, including OpenAI's script itself, are loaded and run only on the designated public pages of lastgift.app: the landing, signup, login, start, welcome and gift pages. They are not loaded on any other page, and no event is sent from any other page, including your Account, interviews, answers, photos and recordings, Info Hub, dashboards, the payment pages and invitation links. A started checkout and a completed purchase are reported by our server, directly to OpenAI, and only if you had accepted measurement on this browser before starting the checkout.

Withdrawing consent. On lastgift.app you can withdraw consent by clearing that site's data in your browser, which also deletes the cookies below. Once consent is withdrawn, nothing further is sent. A purchase whose checkout you started while consent was in place may still be reported when Stripe confirms it.

OpenAI's advertising measurement is governed by OpenAI's privacy policies, not this Policy.

6. What We Do Not Use (App & Core Services)

Inside a signed-in Celibrium Account (lastgift.app) and core user services, we do not use:

• advertising cookies;
• behavioral tracking cookies;
• third-party analytics cookies;
• marketing pixels;
• social media tracking technologies;
• cross-site advertising identifiers.

Celibrium does not build advertising profiles based on your browsing activity.

7. Analytics Implementation

Celibrium currently uses Google Analytics 4, with prior consent, on its public marketing pages: celibrium.com and the public pages of lastgift.app. On lastgift.app it also uses OpenAI advertising conversion measurement, under the same consent. See Section 5 for details.

Inside a signed-in Celibrium Account (lastgift.app), no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking technologies are used. Celibrium keeps its own first-party, cookie-free page-view counts to operate the Services.

8. Managing Cookies and Device Storage

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings.

Disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to sign in or use portions of the Services.

Locally stored data, including IndexedDB for web applications and SQLite for mobile applications, may generally be removed through your browser, device, or application privacy settings.

Removing locally stored data may permanently delete locally saved Digital Twin conversation history from that device.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Celibrium honors the Global Privacy Control signal.

If your browser or a privacy extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decision you have already made: analytics cookies are not set, Google Analytics is not loaded, and we do not display the cookie banner asking you again.

If you later decide you would like to allow analytics despite the signal, you may do so deliberately through the Cookie settings link in the footer of celibrium.com. An explicit choice you make there takes precedence over the browser signal, and you may reverse it at any time.

This applies on celibrium.com. On lastgift.app, the Global Privacy Control signal is not currently read; your choice there is made in the banner, and no optional analytics or advertising measurement runs until you accept it.

Do Not Track (DNT)

Some web browsers also offer an older Do Not Track setting.

Because there is still no universally accepted standard defining how a website should respond to Do Not Track, Celibrium does not alter its behavior based solely on that signal. Visitors who wish to refuse analytics may decline in the cookie banner, which achieves the same result.

Regardless of any browser setting, Celibrium does not use behavioral tracking technologies, and advertising measurement runs only with your consent.

Final Statement

Celibrium uses cookies and similar technologies only to operate, secure, and personalize the Services, not to monitor your activity across the internet or build advertising profiles.
